2. Orders
Once you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about the products, prices, billing, and shipping address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via email at hej@designbyholmer.se.
3. Delivery
Our standard delivery times are 2–5 days. Note: Orders placed during weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and the buyer’s country. Shipping ranges from SEK 80 to SEK 300.
4. Prices

We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, or inaccuracies in pricing based on incorrect information, and we retain the right to adjust the price.
Payment is withdrawn directly from the customer’s card upon purchase.

5. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods from our website, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the ordered product.
5.1 To exercise your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us of your withdrawal. Send the notice to hej@designbyholmer.se and clearly include your name, address, email, order number, and the products you wish to return.
You must immediately, and no later than 14 days after your notice, return the items to us.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and condition of the items upon return. Therefore, the products should be well-packaged and returned in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value from the refund for used or damaged products.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken.

6. complaints and claims
We inspect all products before shipping. If a product is still damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will, in accordance with consumer protection laws, correct the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
The complaint should be submitted as soon as the defect is discovered.
6.1 How do you file a complaint?
All defects should be reported to hej@designbyholmer.se, including your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue.
If we are unable to correct the issue or deliver a similar product, we will refund the defective item in accordance with consumer protection laws. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is not deemed defective under current consumer protection laws. We follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages caused by the product.
We accept no liability for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government actions, or failure of suppliers.
We are also not responsible for changes in product characteristics made by suppliers or other factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as color differences may occur depending on monitor, photo quality, and resolution.
